care tips
Heat sources such as radiators and fireplaces can damage your upholstery if they are too close. Make sure there is enough distance between them and the furniture.
Direct sunlight can cause colours to fade and certain fabrics will wear out sooner. Protect your upholstery with blinds or curtains.
Pets can damage your upholstery within a short period of time if they use it.
Loose cushions should be turned around and moved every day to prevent wear and tear. Fluff up your cushions regularly to keep them in shape.
Seating furniture has been designed so that it is comfortable to sit on. If you sit on the armrests or end of the cushions, this will put extra pressure on these areas. In the worst case, the frame of the furniture will become warped.
Care: Regularly vacuum the covers using an upholstery nozzle.
Cleaning: When cleaning, always work from the edge to the middle.
Stains are best removed using a suitable cleaning set for microfibres, woven fabrics or faux leather.
Dried-in stains must not be scratched off!
Particularly stubborn stains are best removed by a cleaning company.
Spilled liquids must be soaked up using a soft, clean cloth.
Cleaning agents: Only use cleaning agents that have been recommended for upholstery by the manufacturer.
Full cleaning should be carried out by a cleaning company from time to time. Many satisfied customers have found this to be useful.
Loose threads should not be pulled out. Use a needle and carefully put the thread back inside.
